You can email them but answers are in broken English and incomplete or you never get an answer. It’s not ok that access to my photos and my camera mike on my phone is required for the app to operate. Lorex is making a lot of money, they should spend a little on one good app, programming and techs before their reputation is forever sullied.The resolution of the app causes you to not see the entire page of settings, when setting the area of motion. The tools to select on the page of the bottom are out of view.
